Carbon Steel Valves

Yamwa Carbon steel valves are noted for their resistance to heat and pressure, a characteristic that makes them particularly suitable for use in oil refineries, petrochemical processing plants, gas and oil pipelines and power plants. Manufactured at our In a plant, our cast carbon steel valves must meet strict quality control requirements at every stage of the production process. We offer ANSI Class 150 to 2500 stainer gate, globe, ball and check valves in 15 sizes with bore diameters ranging from 1-1/2" inches to 12” inches, and we manufacture larger size to special order.

Stainless Steel Valves

Yamwa stainless steel valves combine high levels of temperature, pressure and corrosion resistance with light weight and are suitable for use in a wide variety of industries, including petrochemicals, textile, food processing, pulp and paper and pharmaceuticals manufacturing. Also, use is growing in industries requiring the control of low-temperature liquids, notably LNG and LPG. To meet the special needs of industries, we offer ANSI Class 150 to 1500 stainer gate, globe, ball and check valves in 10 sizes with bore diameters ranging from 1/4" to 12” inches.

Bronze and Brass Valves

Yamwa bronze and brass valves are suitable for controlling the flow of liquids and gases under low pressures and are designed for use primarily in gas, water and steam systems serving residences, commercial buildings and manufacturing facilities. The bronze valve body is cast, and the brass valve body is primarily forged from brass bars. Yamwa manufactures both bronze and brass stainer gate, globe, ball and check valves come in 8 sizes, with bore diameters ranging from 1/4” to 4” inches.

Iron and Ductile Iron Valves

Yamwa iron valves are used in city gas systems, irrigation, building construction, water treatment systems and other low-pressure applications. Valves made of cast ductile iron, which has the same mechanical strength as steel, are well suited for use in utility systems in industrial plants and air--conditioning systems in buildings because of their cost advantage. Yamwa iron valve product line includes ANSI Class 125 to 300 gate, ball, butterfly and check valves in 10 sizes with bore diameters ranging form 1/4” to 12” inches.
